Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be subject to a short delay. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
A shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 200. Orders of AED 200 and above enjoy free delivery across the UAE. The estimated delivery time within the UAE is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Daima is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including tariffs and taxes.
Returns Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Failed Deliveries
Daima is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
