Return & Refund Policy

At Daima, the quality and safety of our products are our top priority. Since we deal in food and confectionery items, returns and cash refunds are generally not accepted in order to maintain strict food safety standards.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service immediately. To assist you better, kindly keep the product, original packaging, paperwork, and packing materials it arrived with.

Refunds or returns are only considered in rare cases, and solely upon the approval of our inspection team. If a return or replacement is approved, it will only apply under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • An incorrect product was shipped.
  • Valid proof is provided (such as images or order details).

Please note that in such cases, Daima will provide a replacement for the item. Cash refunds are not issued unless explicitly approved by our management team after inspection.
